all ages, who have the ability to swim

SWIM MEETS
The main swimming meets are held
from December to March about every
2-3 weeks. There is also the
opportunity to participate in additional
swim meets. Swimmers are graded for each stroke
according to their individual times, and
are encouraged to improve upon their
own times by swimming against others
of a similar ability at swimming meets. These achievements are also
recognised at our end of season dinner
held in April/May.
COMPETITIVE SWIMMING
Our club has swimmers who choose
to compete at a higher level of
swimming. Some events include:
South Australian Country
Championships (held in January)
Victorian Country Competition in
Melbourne
SAPSASA Swimming in Adelaide
(with club members representing
both Lower SE & Mid SE regions)
We also welcome swimmers who
have been selected for SAPSASA
swimming to come and train with
our club.
